There is a common belief among most fantasy football players that NFL wide receivers do not "break out" or become fantasy worthy until their third year in the league. Some recent examples of players who blossomed in their 3rd year: Lee Evans, Steve Smith, and Javon Walker. Although this belief is never fool proof, you should use this information in order to help you grab that late round WR and help your team reach the top.
